Teams are competing in the playoffs, and the NBA Finals are right around the corner.  Let's do a little sports history and data analysis through the context of NBA Finals math!  
To start, ask students who they think has won the most NBA championships and who they think will win this year. 

In this updated activity, students will work with the data to see who has dominated in NBA history and see what this year's playoffs (so far) tell us when we compare them to the historical data.
