On Groundhog Day (February 2nd), Punxsutawney Phil will again, with great ceremony, come out of his burrow and look for his shadow.  In this updated activity, students will explore the relative frequency of Phil's past predictions.  Are his chances of getting it right better than a coin toss? Will he see the shadow or not this year?
